Breathwork is the practice of controlling our breathing patterns to improve mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. You can practice breathwork in group classes, individual sessions or by yourself.

About Daily Breath
Founded by Emma Cole in 2024, Daily Breath brings together functional breathwork methods and meditation, blending the ancient practice of breathwork with science-backed protocols to enhance your wellbeing - emotionally and physically.
Whether you're a competitive cyclist, yogi, triathlete, or weightlifter, the addition of a consistent breathwork practice can significantly improve endurance and bring balance to your routine.
After using breathwork to help manage chronic back pain and stress brought on my an over-busy lifestyle, Emma knows firsthand how the small step of a daily breathwork practice can have dramatic results.
